Al home files need to be created with Kevin from @zgsmdesigns or his Etsy shop His design fee is between $35 - $45 to digitize your home de pending on the level of details needed

$50 listing is a deposit that will be taken off final balance. $200 minimum for for these pieces - these pieces are time consuming and labor intensive to color match paint your home and assemble and engrave any size smaller than $200 is too difficult to work with due to the size nature of the pricing/pieces
All homes come on a wooden backing stained to a color of your choice or a solid painted background, free engraving on the backing of your piece is included (for example “our forever home” “est 2022” “The Smiths” Font and placement will be worked out with artist.
