Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. Items are not eligible for return or refund.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, and natural variations in color, texture, and materials are part of what makes every item unique.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue. If approved, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Floral preservation pieces

  • Variations inherent to handmade work

  • Change of mind after purchase
