By accessing this website and placing an order with EJ.Artistry, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many items sold by EJ.Artistry are custom made or made to order. Production timelines vary depending on the nature of the item and current workload. Estimated timelines are provided when possible but are not guaranteed.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Floral Preservation
Floral preservation involves natural materials that change over time. Variations in color, texture, and appearance are inherent to the preservation process and are not considered defects.

EJ.Artistry is not responsible for the condition of flowers prior to receipt, including age, handling, weather exposure, or delays outside of our control.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final balance of a custom order.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines do not include production time. Once an order has shipped, EJ.Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of EJ.Artistry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
EJ.Artistry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
